Her Interview

Ten minutes with Chloey

01What do you attribute your success to?

Being in a fast-paced new startup in North America allows me to find more channels, develop all skills in one position, cooperate with the team, handle every issue and new change. In the past month we secured big brand cases over 100 million per month revenue. In the past 3 years we cooperated with over 2,600 merchants and received high reviews, 5 stars on Shopify App Store and 4.8 on Trustpilot.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If one position or career can keep you learning, that's a good one. We face different industries every day so you know how the market is going and how to grow. It's a new loop for global marketing and getting more.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You must be sensitive about marketing and very well known by yourself. Know what area you're interested in and go for it. If the position doesn't fit, jump to another because you're young and can face different challenges. Temporary failure is okay because there are hundreds of millions of positions waiting. Don't hurry. Stop and learn something that fits then go forward. You can even start your own business with e-commerce and internet, and use AI like ChatGPT or Gemini even if you don't know anything.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is that we are totally new, not a big brand. For these two months we need to open new markets. It's a new challenge.

We have several great strategies to open the markets and cooperate with big channel partners. For now, we are growing very fast.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Keep learning and to improve yourself. If the position is too busy to allow to improve yourself, learn new skills, then . Failure is just temporary. Work-life balance is important so you have time to explore and improve.
