Hudak earned a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Studies, a Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish, and a STEM MBA from Simon University in 2021. From 2016 to 2020, she led more than 40 new store and remodel builds across New York, traveling the state, working with construction teams, project managing teardowns and rebuilds, and creating the playbook for these processes with no prior guide. She attributes her success to tenacious dedication and never giving up, and she is a member of the U of R's Woman Network as an alumna. Hudak recently transitioned from her role to stay home with her children during this period of her life.

Ten minutes with Chrissy

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to tenacious dedication, just never giving up, never accepting no. You just get it done no matter what the ask is, and you have awesome people to support you. You just believe you can do it, and you just always do.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice that stuck with me is 'perfection is the enemy of good.' As an over-analyzer and over-thinker, just not over-analyzing everything and just do it was a big one for me.
