Ten minutes with Chrissy
01What do you attribute your success to?
I have been lucky enough to find a few people that have really advocated for me and believed in me. We all have self-doubt and imposter syndrome, but leaning on those people that believe in you and can lift you up is so important. I've also had a few people that have taken me under their wing and guided me. Being open and wanting to learn every day has really gotten me to where I am.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Staying true to who you are and not every person is going to be in your corner. Leaning into the women in particular who embrace you and want you to succeed, embracing those relationships and that network is key.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Genuineness and honesty. I care and want to make sure I am helping in a way that would make my mom proud. Being true to that has gotten me a long way in life.
