About Christeena
Christeena JarrettAndrews began her HR career in 2019 after moving to New York State, where she worked in recruiting for caseworkers, nurses, and community outreach roles across multiple cities. She later returned to Atlanta, Georgia, recruiting for Walmart and Amazon distribution centers at ABM for two years, followed by three years at Square, advancing from customer service to tech support and then to recruiting manager for IT, tech, and customer service positions. In 2024, she relocated to Ohio and joined J8 Security, where she manages the full HR spectrum including hiring off-duty police and security officers, processing, and payroll. Christeena holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in HR and PR. She is a member of the National Council for Negro Women and Girls Atlanta, and she volunteers by feeding 75 to 100 people every other month while planning to establish a 501c3 nonprofit.
