Her Story

About Christelle

Christelle Stenvinkel is a marketing professional based in Los Angeles, California. With two years in marketing and five to six prior years in film and television, she began her career in Sweden as a production assistant on reality shows before pursuing a master's degree in London. There she worked as a production coordinator and short-term producer on BBC shows and advertising projects. After being diagnosed with lupus and undergoing rehabilitation in Sweden, she produced an award-winning short film about the illness that screened at the London Film Festival, Lawrence Film Awards, and Best Short Films Competition in Los Angeles and San Diego. She later moved to Los Angeles, completed a certificate in promotion, entertainment, and marketing production, and now handles marketing, video production, SEO, and collaborations for an entertainment law firm. Stenvinkel credits her lupus diagnosis with shifting her perspective and motivating her to continue in marketing while raising awareness; she recently volunteered at a Lupus Foundation dinner and aspires to develop products that support research and the community.
