Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deep commitment to identity alignment - learning to operate from who I truly am, not who the world told me to be. Every milestone in my career has come from mastering the inner game first: mindset, energy, and belief. I’ve learned that success isn’t something you chase - it’s something you embody. It’s built on discipline, resilience, and an unshakable faith that everything is always working in your favor, even when it doesn’t look like it. My early years selling door-to-door as a single mom taught me grit and perseverance. My decades in enterprise tech sales taught me strategy, leadership, and execution. But my greatest lesson - the one that changed everything - was realizing that who you are being determines the results you create. At this stage of my journey, I no longer measure success by revenue or recognition, but by alignment — by how powerfully, joyfully, and authentically I’m living the truth of who I am. Because when you know who you are, success becomes inevitable.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was simple but life-changing: “Success isn’t about doing more - it’s about becoming more of who you truly are.” That wisdom shifted everything for me. Early in my career, I believed success was earned through constant motion - longer hours, bigger goals, and proving my worth. But over time, I learned that the real power comes from alignment - from knowing who you are, trusting your intuition, and leading from authenticity rather than approval. When you stop chasing and start embodying, opportunities meet you with ease. That mindset transformed how I lead, sell, coach, and live -and it’s become the foundation of everything I teach through BE IT NOW™ and The Quantum Code™. Because the moment you align with who you really are, success no longer requires effort - it becomes your natural state.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First, know this: you belong in every room you walk into. Don’t wait for permission, validation, or the “perfect moment” - the industry moves fast, and confidence isn’t given, it’s chosen. Sales is not just about numbers; it’s about energy, empathy, and execution. Your success will come from mastering all three. Learn the systems and strategies - but just as importantly, learn yourself. The most powerful sales tool you’ll ever have is your energy and self-belief. You will face moments where you’re underestimated, overlooked, or questioned. Let those moments refine you, not define you. Keep your voice grounded, your integrity intact, and your standards high. And finally - remember that your worth is not tied to a quota, a title, or a paycheck. It’s tied to your alignment with who you are. When you sell from authenticity, lead with heart, and trust your intuition, you don’t just close deals - you change the culture of the room. The future of sales isn’t just high-tech. It’s high-touch - and that begins with you.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now, we’re living through one of the most profound identity shifts in history. People - especially those in mid-life - are awakening to the realization that success without alignment no longer satisfies. That creates both a challenge and an incredible opportunity for those of us in coaching, speaking, and media. The challenge is saturation - the market is filled with noise, surface-level motivation, and quick fixes. But the opportunity lies in depth - in helping people rewrite their identity, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with who they truly are. We’re seeing an entire generation of high achievers reinventing themselves - CEOs, sales executives, parents, and creators who are ready to evolve beyond burnout into embodiment. They don’t just want information; they want transformation. For me, this is where the next chapter begins. Through BE IT NOW™, The Quantum Code™, and my podcast Who Let Her Talk?, I’m creating spaces where people can remember their power, rewrite their story, and reinvent their lives - not by adding more to their plates, but by aligning with who they’ve always been. The greatest opportunity in this era isn’t to become more - it’s to return to who you really are and build your next chapter from that truth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At the core of everything I do — whether in business, coaching, or daily life — are the values of authenticity, integrity, growth, and service. I believe in showing up as your truest self in every room you enter. Authenticity creates trust, and trust creates transformation. Integrity means doing what’s right, not what’s easy - leading with transparency and grace, even when no one’s watching. Growth is a non-negotiable. I believe our potential expands when we stay curious, open, and willing to evolve. And service is my grounding force - using my gifts to elevate others, create meaningful impact, and help people remember who they truly are. Above all, I value alignment - the space where purpose, joy, and excellence meet. Because when you live and work from alignment, you don’t have to chase success - you become it.
