Christi McDonald is a seasoned Senior Aviation Insurance Advisor and Director of Aviation Support at CS&A Insurance, bringing over 28 years of dedicated experience to the aviation insurance industry. Beginning her career at CS&A just four days after graduating from Nashville State Community College with an Associate Degree in Computer Accounting, Christi quickly transitioned from an Accounting Assistant to a Customer Service Representative in the Aviation Department. Over the years, she has advanced through roles including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Director of Agency Operations, and Director of Aviation Support, demonstrating remarkable expertise and leadership in client service, policy management, and operational strategy.

As one of the few female producers in her company, Christi has navigated challenging market cycles and evolving industry landscapes with resilience and professionalism. Her deep knowledge of aviation insurance, combined with her commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and underwriting partners, has earned her recognition within CS&A, including the Employee of the Year Award, the President’s Award, and multiple Top Sales accolades. Christi thrives on helping clients and mentoring colleagues, emphasizing collaboration, attention to detail, and first-class service throughout her career.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Christi is a devoted mother and passionate baseball fan, supporting her children and cheering for the Atlanta Braves. She enjoys reading across all genres and actively contributes to charitable causes, particularly those supporting children with cleft palates.
