Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being tenacious, diplomatic, and deeply impassioned about what I do. I’ve always believed in leading with heart and authenticity, and I’ve been fortunate to have that recognized by others. Someone once wrote in a recommendation letter that I could be “an entire team all on my own.” They described me as a natural leader with exceptional sales skills and a level of emotional intelligence that allows me to connect with colleagues and customers exactly where they are. That reflection means a lot to me because it captures how I approach every relationship—with empathy, drive, and purpose.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was that you can learn just as much, if not more, from someone who is difficult or challenging to work with. That perspective changed how I view obstacles and personalities in the workplace. Instead of frustration, I now see opportunities—to understand, to adapt, and to grow stronger as both a professional and a person.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To young women entering the industry, my advice is to have a thick skin and never be intimidated by someone with a higher degree or a fancier title. Confidence is everything. Know your worth, and let that guide how you show up every day. Present yourself with professionalism, polish, and purpose—and remember that your value isn’t tied to how you look, but to what you bring to the table.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in this field has been adapting to the constant changes—whether it’s evolving market demands, shifting regulations, or new competitive landscapes. But with every challenge comes opportunity: the chance to innovate, to rethink strategies, and to stay ahead of the curve. That’s what keeps me motivated and passionate about this work.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My core values—integrity, respect, and honesty—are non-negotiable. They’re the foundation of every decision I make and every relationship I build. Whether in business or in life, I believe that who you are matters just as much as what you achieve.
