01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Taking risks allows us to grow not only ourselves but the people around us. We have to be willing to make mistakes.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Become clear about who you are and bring that person fully into every room. Stay teachable, find people who champion you and tell the truth. Develop your gifts and do the work. Don't shrink or try to prove yourself - step into who you truly are with confidence.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The ongoing conversation around women in ministry and leadership. Women often do the work while navigating whether people believe they are allowed to be doing it, having to prove themselves even when gifted and trained.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Presence with people - genuinely seeing and hearing them. Courage to take risks and say hard things. Being generous in leadership by giving ourselves away to develop others.
