About Christin

Christina Pitcock serves as CEO of Manifested, LLC, where she works as a creative strategist and consultant helping businesses, leaders and artists achieve greater clarity, alignment and organizational effectiveness. With 22 years of experience in strategy-level positions, she began her career in healthcare operations and organizational strategy before transitioning to independent consulting nine years ago. Her multidisciplinary experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, real estate, e-commerce and creative industries, giving her a broad understanding of how people, processes and organizations can work together more effectively.

Through Manifested, LLC, formally organized in 2025, Christina provides consulting services focused on strategy, operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, process improvement and cross-functional transformation. She helps clients turn complex or loosely defined challenges into clear priorities, practical systems and executable plans. Beyond her consulting practice, she is passionate about building communities and networks for peers and artists through Almost Famous Artist, the Artist AF alignment series, and the women-centered Ladylike community, which has chapters in Tampa and Charlotte, North Carolina. Christina holds a master's degree in healthcare administration from Western Governors University and an undergraduate degree in biology.

Christina attributes her success to curiosity and pattern recognition, qualities that enable her to quickly understand complex situations, adapt to change and remain aligned with her goals and values. Her professional and personal philosophy is grounded in alignment, authenticity and integrity, while she places strong importance on family and meaningful human connections. She is also currently publishing a book titled The Anatomy of Curiosity, which explores the power of curiosity and its role in understanding people, recognizing patterns and creating meaningful change. Through her work, Christina continues to help organizations, businesses, leaders and creatives find clarity, strengthen connections and turn ideas into purposeful action.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Christin

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my natural curiosity and ability to recognize patterns, which have helped me understand complex situations, adapt quickly to change and remain aligned with my goals and values. I am always looking for opportunities to learn, ask better questions and connect ideas in meaningful ways. This mindset has been an important part of my professional growth and continues to shape my work. I am currently publishing a book, The Anatomy of Curiosity, which explores the power of curiosity and its role in how we learn, adapt and navigate change.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to pay attention to the problems people consistently trust you to solve. Job titles change, but those patterns tell you what you’re actually good at and where you create value. That’s helped me recognize that throughout my career, I’ve often been the person brought in to make sense of complexity, connect people and processes, and figure out a better way forward.

Also that "no" is a complete sentence, not every opportunity is for you. Hold on to the vision of success and question each opportunity against it. Don't let the fear of something passing you by derail your plans.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry not to confuse capability with the expectation that they have to carry everything themselves. Being capable does not mean you have to take on every responsibility or solve every problem alone. Trust yourself, trust the people around you, and give yourself permission to say no when something does not align with your values, priorities or capacity. Setting healthy boundaries is not a limitation; it is an important part of building a sustainable and successful career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see right now is that so many industries are changing faster than the systems around them can adapt. Technology has given us more access, more tools, and more ways to reach people, but it has also created a tremendous amount of noise.

In the creative industry especially, artists and entrepreneurs are expected to be everything at once: the talent, the marketer, the strategist, the content creator, the salesperson, and the business owner. There are more opportunities to build independently than ever before, but there is also more pressure to constantly produce and stay visible.

I think the real challenge is figuring out how to use all of these new tools without losing the human part of the work. Relationships, trust, community, creativity, and understanding people still matter. Technology can make us more efficient, but it cannot replace those things.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, alignment, authenticity, integrity, and human connection. I believe in staying true to who I am, making decisions that are aligned with my values and purpose, and approaching others with honesty and respect. Family keeps me grounded, while authentic human connections remind me of the importance of empathy, trust and meaningful relationships. Integrity guides how I show up, and alignment helps ensure that the work I do and the choices I make are consistent with what truly matters to me.
