Christin Swansinger
Christin is passionate about helping people and organizations unlock the power of their data.
Her career in sales didn’t follow a traditional path—she stepped into the field in 2019 later in life, initially focusing on inside sales and business development. Like many people starting something new, I had moments of self-doubt. But through mentorship, hands-on experience, and early wins, she quickly founs confidence and realized she loved building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed.
Today, Christin works in data and AI consulting, where she connects business and IT leaders with solutions that turn complex data into meaningful insights. What drives her most is seeing organizations become more confident and empowered through data—and knowing she played a role in that transformation.
Christin is especially interested in data analytics, AI, and helping companies become truly data-driven, but just as importantly, cares deeply about people. Whether it’s mentoring others, supporting adoption within teams, or contributing to professional communities, she believse success is built through connection and collaboration.
Outside of work, Christin stays involved in organizations and initiatives that align with her core values—supporting mentorship, giving back, and helping others grow. Christin's personal mantra, #StrongerTogether, reflects how she approaches both career and life: by lifting others up and building meaningful, lasting relationships.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my kids and my family. They are my backbone. When I was selected to speak at Conscious Capitalism about banning the box - out of a few hundred people who could have been chosen - it set the foundation for who I am. I took advice from other people and put it into play, knowing I had everything in front of me to make decisions to change my career and how I wanted to move forward, especially for my kids. That recognition and knowing I was setting an example for them really showed me: this is me, this is who I am. My family is the backbone of my life and my success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up, focus on your goals, and remember that your past doesn’t define you—move forward with determination and let your family be your support.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me—both professionally and personally—are connection, integrity, growth, and lifting others up, all grounded in a strong foundation of family.
Family is at the center of everything I do. It shapes how I define success and keeps me grounded in what truly matters. That foundation carries into my work, where I prioritize building genuine, lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and shared goals.
At my core, I believe in people helping people. Whether I’m working with clients, colleagues, or my community, I focus on creating meaningful connections that lead to real impact.
Integrity is a non-negotiable for me. I believe in being transparent, doing what’s right, and focusing on long-term trust over short-term wins.
I’m also deeply committed to personal growth. Entering sales later in life taught me to embrace challenges and continuously evolve. That same mindset shows up in both my career and my personal life, including my passion for improving my home and creating a space that reflects who I am and what I value.
Equally important is my commitment to lifting others up. Mentorship and encouragement have played a significant role in my journey, and I strive to provide that same support to others—especially those navigating new or nontraditional paths.
Above all, I live by the belief that we are #StrongerTogether. Collaboration, community, and shared success are at the heart of everything I do.
