What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to sheer willpower and determination, the support of strong female leaders who never let me quit, and my deep desire to show my three daughters that no matter where you are in life, you can always do more.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be detail-oriented and pay attention to the little things, keep your focus and determination high, and don’t let anyone who doubts you distract you from what you know you’re capable of achieving.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, faith, and service are most important to me—I value being a present mom to my three children, staying grounded through my church and volunteer work, and making time for the outdoor activities like hunting and fishing that keep me balanced and connected.
