What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my drive and success to my children - they're my primary motivation for everything I do. But I'm also incredibly inspired by my current employer, the owner of the agency I work for. She started this business in 2019, and it's truly her baby. What's amazing is that she's half my age and doesn't have any children of her own, yet she's built this successful nanny agency. She really knows her stuff - she has the information, the knowledge, and personal experience from other moms she knows, whether they're single parents or two-parent households. Being around her and seeing what she's accomplished really inspires me and pushes me to keep growing in my own career.
