About Christina
Christina Chapman is a Senior Sales Executive with Enterprise Mobility, where she has built a distinguished 18-year career delivering strategic transportation and mobility solutions to organizations across Northern and Northwestern Ohio. Throughout her tenure, she has worked across Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and truck rental services, partnering with businesses of all sizes to develop cost-effective transportation programs that support operational efficiency and long-term growth.
A graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing, Christina joined Enterprise shortly after college and steadily advanced from a management role into corporate sales leadership. She attributes much of her professional development to Enterprise Mobility's family-owned culture, commitment to training, and emphasis on relationship-driven service. These values continue to shape her leadership style and dedication to helping clients achieve their business objectives.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Christina is committed to giving back to her community through volunteerism and charitable involvement. Over the years, she has supported local senior centers through holiday donation drives, participated in volunteer opportunities with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, and contributed her time to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Dress for Success Cleveland, helping women build confidence as they prepare for employment opportunities. She believes community service provides meaningful opportunities to make a positive impact while fostering empathy, connection, and personal growth.
A firm believer in leading by example, Christina often includes her family in volunteer initiatives and community activities whenever possible. She views these experiences as valuable opportunities to instill compassion, empathy, and a sense of responsibility in her two young daughters while strengthening connections within the communities she serves.
In recognition of her leadership, community involvement, and professional achievements, Christina has been selected as one of Ohio's Influential Women for 2026. While honored by the distinction, she credits her success to the relationships she has built over the years with clients, colleagues, mentors, friends, and family members. She remains a passionate advocate for curiosity, mentorship, and women supporting one another in the workplace.
As she continues to balance a thriving sales career with an active family life, Christina draws inspiration from her own working mother, striving to be as present for her daughters' milestones as she is dedicated to her professional growth. Her journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, meaningful relationships, and servant leadership.
Personal Motto: Success is built through relationships, continuous learning, and lifting others as you climb.

Ten minutes with Christina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the relationships I've built throughout my life and career. I've been fortunate to be surrounded by incredible customers, mentors, leaders, colleagues, friends, and family who have challenged me, supported me, and helped me grow.
My customers have trusted me to support their businesses, solve problems, and help them achieve their goals. That trust is something I never take for granted, and I've learned invaluable lessons from the relationships I've built with them over the years.
I've also been fortunate to work alongside inspiring women and men who invested in my development, encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, and showed me what great leadership looks like. Their belief in me helped shape the leader I am today.
Most importantly, my family keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do. They've taught me that success isn't just measured by professional achievements, but by the positive impact you have on others. When I look back on my career, it's the relationships, trust, and opportunities to help others succeed that I value most.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
"Don't wait until you feel completely ready, and always dress for the job you want, not the job you already have."
Early in my career, a leader encouraged me to pursue opportunities that stretched me beyond my comfort zone. That advice taught me that growth often comes before confidence and that some of the most rewarding experiences happen when you say yes before you have all the answers.
The reminder to dress for the job I wanted reinforced the importance of showing up with confidence, professionalism, and a mindset focused on what's next rather than where I currently am. Together, those lessons taught me to believe in my potential, embrace challenges, and be intentional about how I prepare for future opportunities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find mentors both inside and outside of your organization. Internal mentors can help you understand the business, identify opportunities, and navigate your career path. Mentors outside of work can provide a different perspective, challenge your thinking, and help you grow personally and professionally.
Most importantly, be intentional about building your network early. The connections you make today can become trusted advisors, advocates, and lifelong friends throughout your career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in our field isn't just meeting the evolving mobility needs of our customers, it's showing people what's possible through a career in this industry. Enterprise has given me the opportunity to grow, lead, and build a long-term career, and I hope my journey inspires other women to see that they can do the same. It's rewarding to work for a company that values development and creates pathways for success, and I believe there is tremendous opportunity for women to build meaningful, impactful careers here.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are integrity, family, adaptability, and giving back.
I want to be someone people can trust, whether that's my customers, colleagues, family, or friends. I believe in following through on commitments, treating people with respect, and doing the right thing even when it's difficult.
Family is at the center of everything I do. I care deeply about my career and have worked hard to build it, but I also want my husband and our two daughters to see me as a present wife and mom, not just a successful professional.
I want my daughters to see that they don't have to choose between having a successful career and a fulfilling family life. While I certainly don't have it all figured out, I've worked hard to be present for the moments that matter most while continuing to grow and succeed professionally. That balance, and the example it sets for my girls, is something I'm very proud of.
I also value adaptability. Some of the greatest opportunities in my career have come from embracing change, taking on new challenges, and staying open to growth, even when it pushed me outside my comfort zone.
Giving back is another value that's very important to me and to my family. Every Christmas, my husband, daughters, and I adopt seniors from local care facilities and shop for gifts to help make their holidays a little brighter. It has become a meaningful family tradition and a way to teach our girls compassion, gratitude, and the importance of looking out for others. Throughout the year, I also volunteer with organizations such as Dress for Success, United Way, local food banks, and other community programs that support individuals and families in need.
At the end of the day, I try to live by the belief that success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about the impact you have on the people around you, the relationships you build, and the example you set for the next generation.
