01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, faith, and consistency, even when life has been challenging. I showed up, kept learning and refusing to give up on myself. I also credit the people who have supported and encouraged me along the way.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Your career does not have to begin perfectly to become meaningful. Just keep showing up, keep learning, and don't let anyone convince you that you're not qualified or incapable. Ask questions, speak up for yourself, and remember that consistency, integrity, and how you treat people can take you just as far as experience.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Rebuilding my confidence after difficult experiences while still showing up as a professional, as a mom, as a woman with goals. It has taught me resilience, boundaries, and that I am stronger than the circumstances I faced.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Personally, I value honesty, loyalty, faith, healthy boundaries, and continuing to grow into the best version of myself. Professionally, I believe in being dependable, treating people with respect, protecting trust, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Integrity, compassion, accountability, and growth are most important to me.
