I would advise young women entering my industry to believe in themselves and lead with courage, compassion, connection, and contribution, while staying grounded in faith.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are compassion, connection, and contribution, which guide both my personal philosophy and professional approach. I also cherish travel, outdoor adventures, dance, hiking, health and wellness, live music, family time, and moments of solitude to recharge.
