Christina Henderson is a dedicated childcare professional and educator with a strong commitment to nurturing and supporting young children. Currently serving as an Assistant Toddler Teacher at Bethel Grace Day Center, she brings compassion, patience, and creativity to her classroom, helping children thrive both emotionally and academically. Before her role in early childhood education, Christina gained extensive experience across multiple industries, demonstrating her adaptability and strong work ethic. She held positions at The Home Depot as a Receiving and Freight Associate, and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hendrix Health & Rehab, where she developed vital caregiving skills. Earlier in her career, she contributed to Kith Kitchens and Exxel Outdoors, honing her attention to detail and commitment to excellence over more than a decade in varied professional environments.
A lifelong learner, Christina earned her high school diploma from Winston County High School and continues to cultivate her skills in both education and service-oriented roles. Known for her reliability, dedication, and warm demeanor, she combines her professional experience with a heart for helping others, making a meaningful impact in every community she serves.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to lead with compassion and maintain a strong work ethic. Remember, we are capable of achieving anything we set our minds to.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is helping people access opportunities due to high tuition fees, which can limit enrollment and participation.
