Christina Hill

She is a distinguished labor and employment attorney with over 18 years of experience in traditional labor law, collective bargaining, and administrative litigation. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Laner Muchin, Ltd., she provides strategic legal counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Prior to this role, she enjoyed a distinguished 18-year career at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), where she most recently served as Senior Trial Attorney in Region 13 for 15 years. In this capacity, she prosecuted complex unfair labor practice cases, conducted hearings, and litigated matters before Administrative Law Judges and the Board. Her NLRB tenure also included roles as Attorney and Law Clerk in Region 30, where she served as Regional EEO Counselor and Regional Special Emphasis Coordinator. She began her legal career as a Legal Intern with the NLRB's Region 18. She holds a Juris Doctor from Hamline University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hamline Journal of Law and Policy, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University.
