Her Story
About Christina
I’m a senior executive, entrepreneur, and professional bodybuilder driven by discipline, performance, and results. I serve as Vice President of Order to Cash at RXO, leading enterprise-wide strategy across billing, audit, settlement, and cash collections.
With a background in operations, technology, and process improvement, I focus on building strong teams and scalable solutions. Outside of corporate leadership, I’m the founder of a women’s fitness apparel brand designed to empower women through confidence and performance.
I believe strength is built through consistency, both in business and in life, and I’m passionate about helping women pursue leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness unapologetically.

Ten minutes with Christina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to discipline and consistency across every area of my life. The mindset I've developed through fitness, showing up daily, pushing past limits and trusting the process has directly translated into my leadership and entrepreneurial journey. I've leaned that success isn't built in big moments, but in the small decisions you make every day. Staying focused, resilient, and committed to growth has allowed me to lead, build and evolve.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is to not get too caught up in the details as your greatest value comes from taking a step back to see the bigger picture.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and to know that you deserve a seat at the table. Logistics and transportation are fast-paced and traditionally male dominated, but there is great opportunity for women who are willing to learn, speak up and lead. Build a reputation for being reliable and solutions oriented.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenge in my field right now is navigating constant disruption while maintaining operational efficiency and financial success. This is also a great opportunity as it pushes more discussion into how we leverage technology, increase automation and streamline processes.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, discipline and accountability. They guide my decisions, shape my leadership and drive my commitment to continuous growth.
