01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

First, I would want them to understand their why. And so often, people focus on what they're going to do and how they're going to do it, but it's not centered on a why. And so once they understand that, it makes every... the how and the what so much clearer. And it's... it's just a guiding principle. If you don't... if your why isn't clear. Then, how you're going to do something, and what that something is, it can be... it can become kind of, it can become... Diluted? if not confusing, and so grounding it in that why so that people understand what their values are, I think that's the heart of I think that's key to success, not personal success, but professional success.
