Christina's work is centered on helping people reconnect with their authentic nature, reclaim their inner authority, and create lives rooted in purpose, alignment, and fulfillment. Drawing from both lived experience and extensive professional training, she guides individuals through profound personal transformation with compassion, wisdom, and practical insight.
A lifelong seeker, Christina is deeply inspired by the creative process and the ways in which self-expression can become a pathway to healing and self-discovery. She has a particular love for visual art, music, movement, and the wisdom and magick found within the natural world.
Part of Christina's mission is supporting women in remembering their wholeness, embodying their unique gifts, and becoming sovereign leaders of their own lives. Through her writing, teaching, healing work, and leadership, she invites others to step beyond limitation and into a deeper relationship with themselves.

Ten minutes with Christina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my perseverance and commitment to show up, even when I've felt small and powerless. I'm proud of my resilience. I've gone through different phases in understanding my expression and purpose, and throughout my journey, I've persisted in refining my self-knowledge. I also attribute my success to the guides, teachers, and mentors I've had along the way, who have reflected my strength back to me, as well as my areas of growth, and encouraged me to keep going. As early as elementary school, a teacher drew me out, recognizing I had a voice, and consistently encouraged me to speak in front of the class. From that early seed all the way through to all the people who have seen me and encouraged me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I've always been a little bit outside the box and haven't followed traditional career or life advice. A bit of a rebel in my early twenties, I decided to leave college early to travel, explore the world, and find a deeper meaning in life than I was finding in traditional education. If anything, I would say the best advice has come from my own inner knowing and sense that I had to create my own way in the world rather than follow a prescribed plan. I've consistently had an inner conviction to find my unique purpose. It hasn't been easy, but I would say that following my heart and intuition has always been the best advice.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
What I see happening a lot, particularly with women in helping professions, is that they lose themselves. They lose themselves in their work; they lose themselves in their relationships. The work I offer helps you anchor more deeply into who you are beyond those patterns. It reconnects you on the energetic and spiritual level, so that you can hold yourself and know your boundaries in an embodied way. Healthy boundaries have resulted from knowing myself better and knowing my purpose. The clearer I get within myself, the easier it is to maintain that balance and to have emotional clarity.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In the field of mental health and psychotherapy, there has been, for a while, a huge emphasis on "behavioral health" and diagnosing symptoms. I see the value in diagnosis as a rough framework, but for the most part, when I help the people I work with start to address the deeper layers of disconnection from themselves, they start to see changes externally. Behavior is an end result of a whole chain of factors, both internal and external. I support people in asking deeper questions of themselves; they then start looking at ways to improve their relationships, find aligned work in the world, and explore more meaningful interests and hobbies. For the vast majority of people, focusing on symptoms may be the starting point, but the solution lies in seeing themselves as whole people. Seeking mental health treatment has definitely become more acceptable in society over the past decade. Personally, I would like to see an integrated understanding of energetic and spiritual health become the setpoint.
In the realm of spiritual growth and development, there are a whole host of paths one could choose. Some find that organized religion creates a sense of connection to something greater; others find that hiking a backcountry trail brings them into communion with the divine. There can be a lot of confusion for people about where to turn for spiritual connection and growth. You really have to use discernment when finding an authentic path that will support you. The advanced spiritual training I offer is from an authentic Hermetic lineage and is for those who genuinely want to know themselves as spiritual beings and live that in a practical, embodied way that contributes to the world's positive progression.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I've come to deeply value stillness and ease. We live in a world of urgency and force, and my desire is to create inner and outer space to slow down and listen, so I can truly connect with my inner voice. I've found that using the tools I teach and share with others, such as meditation, ritual, and prayer, helps me align my life with what's in my heart and soul. I also value authentic connection with others. The more I heal and grow, the more my relationships become aligned, supportive, and fulfilling.
