01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think part of my relationship with mentorship is because I grew up as an athlete, and so I kind of spent my entire life with the player-coach mentality. My advice to any woman who's trying to enter any space that you're unfamiliar with is if you're willing to figure it out, demonstrate your willingness to put the effort in. Find your people because meaningful relationships with people have not come from some kind of business setup. It's about finding the people that see the talent that you have and are willing to nurture it.
