About Christina
Christina Moreno has dedicated 8 years to the health and wellness field, driven by a personal family health journey that sparked her focus on preventative well-being. She earned her bachelor's degree in community health and her master's degree in health education from Texas A&M University. Her professional experience includes developing employee wellness programs from the ground up at the City of Greeley, where she achieved two nationally accredited Aetna awards reaching platinum level, as well as work with first-year experience students, rural communities, and current initiatives supporting K-12 opioid prevention and education across the state of Texas through Texas A&M. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and an AFAA-accredited group fitness instructor, and maintains ties with the Wellness Alliance. Moreno emphasizes staying grounded in her passion for helping individuals and communities thrive.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make sure you have a clear awareness of the light that you are harboring in this field. Do your best to stay grounded in that and not let anyone else dim that light.
