What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the invaluable guidance of my father, who taught me everything I know and instilled in me a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. His influence, combined with my genuine passion for connecting with and helping people, has shaped the person and professional I am today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be coachable. Sales is a dynamic field—markets shift, customer needs evolve a new technologies emerge. A coachable person is open to feedback and willing to adjust their approach, which keeps them relevant and effective in any environment.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be bold and confident in who you are. In sales, boldness sets you apart—it’s about owning your voice, taking initiative, and never letting self-doubt hold you back. Strength and self-assurance will carry you far, opening doors to opportunities you might never have imagined.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around compassion, balance, and connection. I find peace and inspiration in anything related to the water, and as a huge animal lover and devoted mom of two, I deeply value care, empathy, and nurturing qualities that guide how I approach both my relationships and my career.
