Her Interview

Ten minutes with Christina

01What do you attribute your success to?

My dedication to doing the right thing. I always try to lead by example and make sure that if I put my best foot forward, then the team members will follow that example.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

It was a MS2 Woodard who told me this when I was active duty. He basically told me that this is a JOB, and you guys are treated like a J-O-B. You want to be passionate about the people that you lead and the work that you do, but at the end of the day, it's still a job, and you can't let the job get the best of you, or get you down.
