About Christina
Christina Witulski brings more than two decades of customer care experience to her current role as a leasing consultant for an apartment complex, a position she has held since January. Her background includes nearly 18 years with Marriott International, where she served as an ambassador agent helping create special moments for guests, such as coordinating a skydiving proposal. She is also a certified personal trainer who earned her certification in 2019 and maintains one client through Svetness, while pursuing studies in psychology and herbology with the goal of developing an integrated program addressing physical, nutritional, and psychological needs. In addition, Christina performs as an improv comedian and actress with Dinner Detectives and has previously worked as a personal trainer and wellness coach at the YMCA as well as an assisted stretch therapist at Massage Envy.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Customer care requires being a people person with a friendly, outgoing personality, understanding, empathy, and compassion. I put a lot of the mom-me into it after raising 6 kids, treating customers with patience like handling temper tantrums while setting boundaries.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Biggest challenge is when a boss gets put in charge who is not a people person, or when companies reward people for the wrong reasons and put corporate needs before people needs. Without the people, there is no company.
