Christine Boes
Christine Boes is an AI Engineer and founder of Hypercore Cyber, where she builds practical, mission-driven AI solutions for the defense industrial base. Based in the Washington, DC–Baltimore area, she focuses on helping small and mid-sized defense contractors achieve CMMC Level 2 compliance quickly and affordably through AI-driven automation. As a fellow defense contractor, Christine brings a firsthand understanding of the regulatory, budgetary, and operational challenges facing organizations handling CUI in high-stakes environments.
At Hypercore Cyber, Christine leads the development of an AI-first CMMC compliance platform and a fully offline AI SOC stack designed for air-gapped and resource-constrained environments. Her work replaces costly consulting models and cloud-dependent security tools with deployable, CPU-only solutions that deliver automated gap analysis, SSP generation, POA&M tracking, malware detection, behavioral threat analysis, and audit-ready evidence mapped directly to NIST 800-171 controls. Under her leadership, Hypercore Cyber is registered in SAM.gov, holds an active CAGE code, and is pursuing its own CMMC Level 2 certification with no conflicts of interest.
Christine’s background spans mathematics, computer science, communications, and advanced graduate study, with degrees from Regent University and William Tyndale College. A former educator with nearly two decades of experience, she brings a systems-thinking, instructional mindset to complex technical problems—breaking them into clear, solvable steps. Through her writing, newsletter, and public commentary, Christine advocates for accessible cybersecurity, self-directed learning, and empowering the next generation of technologists—especially women—to build, ship, and lead in AI without unnecessary barriers.
