About Christine
Christine Capuchino is the Founder and CEO of Tinig Solutions, a company that provides administrative support and front desk solutions for healthcare offices and growing businesses across the U.S. Her work focuses on helping organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce administrative overload through dedicated remote support teams and system-driven processes.
Originally from the Philippines, Christine moved to the United States at a young age and began her career as a call center agent. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the importance of customer service, communication, and operational efficiency. She later advanced into leadership roles, eventually serving as Director of Business Development in the home health industry, where she saw how overwhelmed many business owners and healthcare teams were by day-to-day administrative demands.
Driven by her passion for operations, technology, and business growth, Christine combined her professional experience with her educational background in software engineering and health informatics to launch Tinig Solutions. Her goal was to create a company that delivers reliable, high-quality administrative support while helping businesses operate more efficiently and focus on growth.
Under her leadership, Tinig Solutions has built a highly selective hiring model focused on recruiting top-tier global talent and pairing it with U.S.-based oversight and quality standards. Christine is especially passionate about creating meaningful career opportunities for professionals in the Philippines while raising the standard for remote support services.
Beyond her work, Christine values continuous learning, fitness, travel, and giving back to the community through volunteer efforts, including work with the American Red Cross.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Christine
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my journey from working on the front lines as a call center agent to stepping into leadership roles and ultimately founding my own company. That early experience gave me a deep understanding of customer service, both its strengths and gaps. As I moved into business development leadership within a home health company, I recognized a recurring challenge—business owners and highly skilled professionals were overwhelmed with administrative work.
Combined with my background in operations and software engineering, I was able to identify a gap between the support businesses need and what they can realistically manage internally. This perspective allowed me to build a solution that integrates strong systems, reliable people, and high service standards while creating meaningful impact for both businesses and remote professionals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is: "Don't wait until you're fully ready."
A lot of people wait for the perfect timing, the perfect plan, or complete confidence before making a move. But in my experience, some of the biggest growth opportunities come from stepping into situations that challenge you. From starting in a call center role to moving into leadership and eventually building my own company, I learned that confidence is built through action, not before it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry not to underestimate the value of their voice, ideas, and ability to grow into leadership. A lot of people think they need to have everything figured out before pursuing opportunities, especially in business or tech, but confidence is something you build through experience.
I also believe it’s important to focus on developing real skills like communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. Those qualities can open a lot of doors regardless of where you start.
Most importantly, don’t be afraid to take opportunities even if they feel intimidating at first. Some of the biggest moments of growth happen when you step outside of your comfort zone.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is that small businesses are overwhelmed with administrative responsibilities yet often lack the resources to build sufficient internal support teams. This creates inefficiencies and limits their ability to focus on growth.
At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity to provide streamlined, system-driven administrative solutions. By leveraging global talent and efficient processes, we can reduce operational burdens for businesses while also creating higher-paying remote work opportunities, particularly for professionals in the Philippines.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
One of the values that’s most important to me, both professionally and personally, is integrity. I believe in doing things the right way, being accountable, and following through on the commitments I make.
In my work, I also value creating meaningful impact and providing opportunities for others. Being from the Philippines, I’m especially driven to create fair compensation and better career opportunities for talented professionals in my home country. Knowing that the work I’m building can positively impact someone’s quality of life is incredibly meaningful to me.
I also prioritize high service standards, efficiency, and building systems that help businesses and people succeed long-term.
In my personal life, I value staying active, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, traveling, and continuing to grow as a person. I believe growth should happen not just professionally, but in every area of life.
