Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my journey from working on the front lines as a call center agent to stepping into leadership roles and ultimately founding my own company. That early experience gave me a deep understanding of customer service, both its strengths and gaps. As I moved into business development leadership within a home health company, I recognized a recurring challenge—business owners and highly skilled professionals were overwhelmed with administrative work.

Combined with my background in operations and software engineering, I was able to identify a gap between the support businesses need and what they can realistically manage internally. This perspective allowed me to build a solution that integrates strong systems, reliable people, and high service standards while creating meaningful impact for both businesses and remote professionals.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You can have a successful career being a business owner with hard work and dedication anything is achievable.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to be willing to embrace discomfort. Growth often requires stepping outside of your comfort zone, taking risks, and pursuing leadership opportunities even when they feel uncertain. Being open to challenges and pushing beyond limitations is essential to building something meaningful and impactful.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is that small businesses are overwhelmed with administrative responsibilities yet often lack the resources to build sufficient internal support teams. This creates inefficiencies and limits their ability to focus on growth.

At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity to provide streamlined, system-driven administrative solutions. By leveraging global talent and efficient processes, we can reduce operational burdens for businesses while also creating higher-paying remote work opportunities, particularly for professionals in the Philippines.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In my work, I value creating meaningful impact and providing opportunities for others. Being from the Philippines, I am especially driven to offer fair compensation and better career opportunities to professionals in my home country. Knowing that I can contribute to improving their quality of life is incredibly important to me.

I also prioritize high service standards, efficiency, and building systems that help others succeed. In my personal life, I value staying active, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and pursuing passions such as travel and continuous personal growth.
