Christine’s professional journey is a testament to perseverance, growth, and dedication. She began her career over 30 years ago as a production worker, gaining firsthand experience on the manufacturing floor. Encouraged by colleagues who recognized her potential, she transitioned into an administrative assistant role in 1991 after earning her Associate’s degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Phillips Junior College. From there, she steadily advanced, ultimately being selected for an Executive Assistant position based on her proven capabilities and leadership. Over the years, she has continued to expand her responsibilities, including a period as an Office Manager with New Hudson Facades, further strengthening her operational and organizational expertise.
In her current role, Christine is known for her proactive approach and ability to manage competing priorities with precision. She begins her day early to prepare executive reports, meticulously manages complex calendars, and coordinates domestic and international travel, including visas and passports for employees traveling to global locations such as France. In addition to executive support, she contributes to HR by leading weekly new hire orientations and assists the quality team when needed, demonstrating her versatility and team-first mindset. Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Christine is actively engaged in fostering a positive workplace culture through employee events, community service initiatives, and corporate social responsibility efforts, reflecting her commitment to both organizational success and community impact.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can build a successful career doing work you genuinely love while also making a meaningful impact in your community. When your work is aligned with purpose, it becomes more than a job it becomes a way to contribute, grow, and create value for others at the same time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to stay curious, be proactive, and never underestimate the value you bring. Focus on building your skills, strengthening relationships, and staying open to growth. Challenges will come, but they are opportunities to learn and become stronger. Trust your journey and remember that your voice and contributions matter.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to make a meaningful impact beyond traditional administrative support. As an Executive Assistant, my role has evolved into being a strategic partner to leadership helping improve efficiency, communication, and decision-making across the organization. I also have the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement, HR support, and community initiatives, which allows me to positively impact both the workplace and the people within it.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Her volunteer work in her involvement with a local food bank and county volunteering activities. She has an upcoming volunteer event at the food bank where they help pack backpacks of food for children in need and is taking a group with her as she loves making a difference in the community. She also loves crafting and making cards in her spare time at home.
