Her Story

About Christine

Christine Friese is the President and Managing Director of Medicorum360 and a seasoned healthcare communications and medical education executive with 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical communications industry, all on the agency side of the business. Beginning her career immediately after college as a coordinator, she steadily advanced through project management, account management, and director-level leadership roles, gaining expertise across strategy, medical education, publications, events, and healthcare provider engagement. Her career has been consistently centered on supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers in educating and connecting with healthcare professionals through innovative and compliant educational initiatives that ultimately improve patient outcomes. In 2018, Christine founded Medicorum360, a boutique medical communications and education company intentionally designed to remain focused, agile, and relationship-driven. Built on a foundation of shared values and true partnership, the company specializes in advisory consulting, healthcare provider engagement, and training and education programs that foster meaningful collaboration between manufacturers and providers. While approximately 75% of the company’s work is concentrated within the aesthetics industry and cash pay elective procedures, the organization also supports clients across regenerative medicine, eye care, dental, and other healthcare sectors. Christine’s strategic leadership and deep understanding of medical education have positioned Medicorum360 as a trusted partner known for delivering high value, customized experiences in both live and virtual environments. What sets Christine and her company apart is a people-first philosophy rooted in collaboration, trust, and culture. Medicorum360 operates as a fully virtual organization by design, allowing Christine to assemble an elite team of professionals from across the country, spanning from Maine down to Florida and west to Texas, Wisconsin, and Minnesota and in between. Many of her core team members have worked alongside her for nearly a decade at Medicorum360, with several professional relationships extending 10 to 14 years from previous organizations. Whether she is leading product launch strategy sessions, optimizing client budgets and KPIs, developing proposals, mentoring team members, or supporting onsite event execution, Christine approaches leadership with humility and partnership. She often says she works for her team, believing that the team’s success is directly tied to the success of their clients — a philosophy that continues to define the culture and reputation of Medicorum360.

Ten minutes with Christine

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is entirely an amalgamation of the support system at home and the incredible professional that have supported me over the years. Having the unwavering support of my husband and my family is the foundation that allows me to pursue my goals every day. Beyond that, I attribute being where I am today to every single person I have crossed paths with in my career, whether they were people who have worked with or for me, my peers, my clients or the medical professionals I have worked alongside. Each of these individuals have influenced me in a unique way, shaping my perspective, sharpening my skills, and providing the encouragement that ultimately opened the doors to where I am today. I always say to my clients, that your success is our success, and the only way my team is successful is if our clients are successful. All of the wonderful professional relationships I have built along the way have really shaped where I am today, and I just hope that I am giving them all as much as they have given me so that they can grow in their careers and be successful.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest gap and challenge in our industry right now is the sheer volume of information, rapid product development, and hyper-specialization occurring within healthcare. Providers are completely inundated with new data and emerging subspecialties, making it incredibly difficult for them to stay fully informed for their patients. I believe the relationship with the provider and the manufacturer is more important than ever before. While many businesses default to a purely competitive mindset, I have always been a partnership person by nature. I firmly believe that we are stronger together. When a client or manufacturer utilizes multiple distinct agency partners, it is vital that we all work well together in the sandbox with our shared client goals in mind. The real opportunity lies in shifting away from standard competition and embracing a holistic, collaborative approach. By partnering effectively rather than working in silos, we can streamline complex information and deliver the comprehensive, unified support that healthcare providers desperately need. Medicine is not static, and the space is not static. The real opportunity is to keep embracing what's next and keep embracing change and growth. There are constant advancements, whether it is new treatments, vaccinations, or medical devices, and keeping an open mind to learn and grow as the space evolves is really important.
