Christine Greene

I've been in talent acquisition for just coming up on 4 years now, after spending almost 7 years in the legal field working as a legal assistant in different areas including intellectual property, litigation, contract, and asbestos. My role is strategic sourcing, and while I am a recruiter and do assist in end-to-end recruiting when needed, I mainly focus on roles that either have a history of being difficult to fill or are proving to be difficult to fill. My job is to help create strategic sourcing strategies to find candidates. Most of the candidates I reach out to are passive, so I work to create compelling ways to get them to engage and talk to me about a position, then work to get them to actively apply. I've had the opportunity to work across different types of industries including industrial and manufacturing, aerospace and defense, IT and software, and life sciences. I've done a lot of different jobs and worked in a lot of different fields throughout my career, and I believe my biggest professional achievement is being able to use my transferable skills and my experience with people in different industries to be able to manage in different areas.
