Her Story

About Christine

Christine Groffie is a legal operations and marketing professional based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex with over 15 years of experience spanning litigation support, marketing strategy, and process improvement. She currently works in a combined role as a Litigation Paralegal and Marketing Manager, where she integrates operational efficiency with brand development, client communication, and workflow optimization. Her career began in litigation support, where she managed high-volume civil casework, developed training systems, and improved case management processes that increased organizational capacity and efficiency.

She later transitioned into marketing, spending nearly a decade in commercial real estate investment marketing, where she led digital strategy, branding, content development, events, and business development initiatives supporting hundreds of millions in transactions. Across both legal and marketing environments, she has focused on building structured systems such as dashboards, KPIs, and standardized workflows to improve clarity, reduce friction, and support better decision-making. In her current role, she continues this systems-oriented approach by designing litigation tracking tools, improving case visibility, and leading branding initiatives that strengthen both internal operations and external client experience.

Her professional philosophy centers on “Soft Leadership,” a framework she developed based on the belief that sustainable performance should not require people to sacrifice health, values, or long-term well-being. This approach emphasizes designing systems and workplaces that align with how people actually function, supporting productivity through clarity, balance, and adaptability rather than constant pressure or burnout-driven performance. She also integrates emerging technologies, including AI tools, to streamline repetitive work and free up time for higher-value strategic thinking and problem-solving.
