About Christine
Christine Wheeler is an accomplished human resources and administrative professional with extensive experience supporting operations within the landscape construction industry. Christine's career has been defined by perseverance, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth. She began her professional journey studying drafting at Blue Hills Regional Technical School, where she developed a strong foundation in blueprint interpretation and AutoCAD through a cooperative education program. That early experience introduced her to the construction industry and laid the groundwork for a successful transition into office administration and human resources. As she advanced through roles ranging from customer service representative and team lead to office manager and HR leadership, she continued pursuing higher education, earning a bachelor's degree in Sociology before completing her Master of Business Administration with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Achieving her MBA after recovering from a brain aneurysm stands as a testament to her resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to personal and professional excellence. Among Christine's proudest accomplishments was leading the complete administrative transformation of a growing landscape construction company. Starting with little more than meetings held in a Starbucks, she successfully organized and restructured the company's operations, creating streamlined processes and establishing a fully furnished, fully functional office within just three months. Her ability to bring order to complex environments, implement sustainable systems, and support organizational growth has earned her a reputation as a dependable leader who thrives on solving challenges and driving operational excellence.

I attribute my success to my willingness to embrace constructive criticism and use it as an opportunity for growth. Learning how to receive feedback with an open mind has strengthened both my professional skills and my day-to-day approach to work. It has helped me become more adaptable, improve my performance, build stronger relationships with colleagues, and continuously develop into a more effective professional.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was to learn how to handle constructive criticism effectively. Developing the ability to accept feedback with an open mind has significantly improved both my career and the way I approach my day-to-day work. It has helped me grow professionally, become more adaptable, strengthen my communication skills, and continuously improve my performance by viewing feedback as an opportunity for development rather than as a setback.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, connection, and enjoying the experiences that life has to offer. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors whether it's on the water, taking nature walks, or exploring new places with my two-year-old French Bulldog–Boston Terrier mix. I also value quality time with friends and family, whether that's attending concerts, social gatherings, or simply being outside together. These experiences help me stay energized, maintain perspective, and bring a positive, balanced mindset to both my personal life and professional responsibilities.
