About Christine

I am a behavioral health business development leader with over a decade of experience building clinical partnerships and driving growth across premier treatment organizations. I currently serve as National Director of Clinical Partnerships at Embark Behavioral Health, a role I have held since November 2022, where I lead strategic outreach and relationship development with referring professionals, healthcare systems, and community partners to connect individuals and families with life-changing mental health and substance use treatment.

Prior to joining Embark, I spent over five years at Pasadena Villa – The Villa Orlando, first as Regional Director of Business Development for Texas and later as Senior Regional Director of Business Development. In these roles, I was responsible for expanding the organization's referral network, deepening relationships with clinicians and treatment providers, and driving admissions across the region. Concurrently, I served as National Client Care Navigator at Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare for nearly three years, where I guided families and professionals through the intake and placement process, ensuring seamless access to care across a national network of treatment programs.

Earlier in my career, I spent nearly four years as a Business Development Representative for the Texas Region at Sovereign Health Group, where I built foundational relationships with referral sources in the addiction and mental health treatment space. I also served as Program Manager for the Gulf Coast Texas Region at Vericare, where I gained valuable experience in program oversight and clinical operations.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and completed Psychometrics Preceptorship Training at Baylor College of Medicine. Across my career in behavioral health, my work has been driven by a deep commitment to connecting people with the care they need. Every partnership I build, every referral relationship I nurture, and every family I help navigate the treatment landscape is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible and that access to quality care changes lives. I am proud to spend my career building bridges between providers and the people who need them most.
