Christine also encourages women to step confidently into STEM roles, highlighting the strong career growth and earning potential in the field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is gaining executive buy-in for quality systems and AI-driven process improvements. Many organizations underestimate the ROI, despite potential returns of 40–80%.
However, this also presents a major opportunity: organizations that embrace data-driven quality systems and AI integration can significantly reduce costs, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive edge. Christine actively bridges this gap by translating technical value into clear business outcomes.
