Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I wouldn't be successful without my husband who is deeply supportive in every single way. I was taught by my family to love what you do and they installed a good work ethic at a young age. Beyond that, I make a point to work out minimally four to six days a week. It's an hour to myself where it's just me, where I can focus and not think about anything, and then the minute I'm out of there, I'm in work mode. That time to myself helps me manage everything, put my mind in focus and gears me up for the day ahead. I treasure my off time and use it to recharge and make a point to travel as much as possible.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be patient with myself, set realistic goals, and commit to continuous learning. I’ve found that embracing this approach allows me to grow steadily while maintaining focus and resilience in my professional journey.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's okay that you don't know everything. You're not supposed to. It's something I preach to my team all the time. You're not supposed to know everything, you're supposed to constantly learn, and then as you grow, you'll draw from your experience, but someone will always teach you something, no matter what level they are at. There's always something to learn from somebody. And nothing replaces hard work. Don't be afraid to make a mistake. Mistakes help you grow, mistakes help you learn. And the minute that you're afraid to make a mistake, you're not trying to be better.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the constant evolution of technology and understanding how they can maximize operational efficiency.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life include leading by example, being open, honest, and respectful toward others, maintaining a strong eagerness to learn, and striving to make a meaningful difference every day.
