Christine Wirsing, M.S.

Christine (Hawk) Wirsing, M.S., is a Master Coach for Healthcare Professionals and the founder of SoulSmart Coaching, based in San Marcos, Texas. With over 20 years of experience in professional counseling and coaching, she specializes in burnout prevention and recovery, emotional resilience, and cultivating wellness-centered cultures across healthcare systems and communities. Christine’s trauma-informed and deeply intuitive approach helps healthcare providers and organizations address burnout at its root—through both science and soul.

Through SoulSmart Coaching, Christine leads transformative programs such as Grow & Flow Magical Mastermind, virtual sanctuaries, and group coaching experiences designed to help exhausted nurses, physicians, and leaders reconnect with their purpose, restore their nervous systems, and embrace sustainable well-being. Her mission extends beyond individual transformation; she actively partners with hospitals and health systems to design custom healing initiatives and provide vendor-level support for workforce wellness and resilience training.

Christine holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University. A former Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), she has extensive experience in mental health, substance use treatment, and emotional recovery. Having personally overcome physical challenges and embraced a journey of self-healing, Christine now lives independently with her beloved Chihuahua. Outside her professional work, she finds peace in nature—recharging her spirit outdoors and continuing her lifelong mission to help others heal, grow, and thrive.
