About Christine
I'm a very hands-on, involved leader who spends probably 6 or 7 hours of every day in meetings, planning, strategizing, and executing on the projects that we have on our roadmap. I have consistent meetings with my direct reports and team meetings weekly. As an operations person in healthcare, many of my days are filled with new challenges, whether it's physician problems, patient problems, facility issues, or managing key performance indicators for our organization to make sure that everybody is working toward the North Star. My days also include lots of emails, slacks, and all those kinds of things. My most notable professional achievement was going from COO of a privately owned physician practice, then selling that business to private equity and living through that entire life cycle of that investment. I went from the sell side of that practice where I was COO, became SVP of Operations, acquired many, many other practices over those years, and grew that business. Multiple service lines were added under my operational scope, and then we transacted that organization again to a larger organization.
