01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from a combination of strong mentorship, an ongoing drive to improve, and a positive mindset that I bring to everything I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Find work doing things that fulfill you in other ways besides just a paycheck. Dont be afraid to step out of your comfort zones and believe in yourself!
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Seek out strong mentorship, take advantage of every opportunity to learn, and remember that nothing will be handed to you—initiative and persistence are what make things happen.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Many business owners in this industry are aging out, creating significant opportunities for leadership advancement and long-term growth. At the same time, consumer buying behavior has shifted—customers no longer shop for flooring in traditional ways, making strong marketing, digital strategy, and social media presence essential for success.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are deeply connected. I believe in treating others with respect, even when our perspectives differ; building up and encouraging those around me; and being intentional and impactful in every interaction and conversation.
