Her Interview
Ten minutes with Christy
01What do you attribute your success to?
I pride myself on humbly being of service to teams as a whole. Whenever I'm being of service, I'm happiest. I like to collaborate with my team as a whole. I'm really good at going to bed early and showing up for myself before work with a walk on the beach or spinning or weightlifting. I can transmute negative energy into positive through movement.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always know that you are going to be a constant student. The only constant in any huge corporation, in any industry, the only constant is change, so be adaptive, be humble, never feel like oh okay well now I know it all. Always just self-improve and show up for yourself first and foremost. You can't pour from an empty cup.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Just show up as your best self every day. Take pride in your representation. Take any negative energy and turn it into a positive. A positive lifestyle is very important.
