03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not discount the path that has been carved and the work that has been done to get you the opportunity that you are at today. Do not take for granted what has had to occur to give you this opportunity and don't throw it away.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Autonomy is mission critical. Optimism to grow from uncomfortable experiences. Integrity to do the right thing even when no one is looking. Humility to continue learning. Compassion for clients who are often confused and fearful.
