Ciara Brown

Ciara Brown is an accomplished photographer, entrepreneur, and business owner with nine years of experience running Ciara Sherae Photography, a full-service photography business serving individuals, families, and brands across North Carolina. In this role, she plans, photographs, edits, and delivers high-quality visual content tailored to client goals, manages client relationships from inquiry through project completion, develops marketing strategies across social media and digital platforms, and oversees scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and business operations. Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate America before being let go, at which point she invested her savings in camera gear to launch her business. She has retained the same clients over almost a decade and has been published in numerous magazines and local news stations. She served as lead photographer for the Black Girls in Media conference. Ciara is currently pursuing a degree in digital marketing with a minor in photography at UNC Greensboro, with future aspirations to teach photography at an art school or as a professor. Her career reflects a strong blend of creative artistry, entrepreneurial leadership, and client-centered service.
