Cibele Antoniolli
Cibele Antoniolli is a seasoned Senior Planner and Designer for SAP at Turner & Townsend, based in Greater Orlando. She is a multilingual professional with extensive experience planning, designing, and managing flexible work office spaces across multiple countries. Skilled in AutoCAD, project management, and change management, Cibele thrives in both collaborative team environments and independent projects. Over the past eight years at SAP, she has led high-profile office design projects, including expansions and relocations across Latin America, consistently delivering functional and innovative spaces that enhance the employee experience.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Cibele is deeply committed to social impact through architecture. She is the founder of the Mukwano Project LLC, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of orphans in Uganda. Driven by her passion for sustainability and humanitarian work, she has designed plans for a safe, environmentally conscious orphanage that provides clean water, proper sanitation, and secure living spaces for 30 children. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to approach your work with passion and dedication, and to be readily available for opportunities. Giving your best with heart and being proactive can open doors and help you build a meaningful and successful career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is the widespread shift toward remote work. While working from home offers flexibility and can boost productivity, it also requires adapting to new ways of collaborating, maintaining team cohesion, and ensuring effective communication. Embracing these changes presents opportunities to innovate and create more dynamic, adaptable work environments.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important value to me in both my work and personal life is striving to be a good human being. Treating others with kindness, integrity, and respect guides my decisions, fosters strong relationships, and creates a positive impact in every environment I’m part of.
