What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my background in journalism, which sharpened my ability to understand people, investigate issues, and communicate effectively. These skills allow me to resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency while building trust, and they continue to fuel my passion for growing in trust & safety, brand reputation, and ultimately public relations.
