Abraham attributes her success to her supportive family, including her husband who assists with open homes and her daughter who shows interest in joining her. She values integrity in communication and trustworthiness, especially when guiding clients through major purchases. Abraham plans to deepen her community involvement by volunteering at women's shelters and joining the Chamber of Commerce. Among the advice she shares is to avoid comparing one's progress to others and to prioritize personal growth and offerings.

Ten minutes with Cierra

01What do you attribute your success to?

My family, especially my very supportive husband who helps with open homes and my daughter who wants to join me. They pick me up during lows and help me push forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do not compare yourself to everyone else. Your day one and someone's day 50 is completely different. Focus on you and what you have to offer.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be safe, trust your instincts and your gut. Dress appropriately as it goes hand in hand with being safe in an industry where we can easily be targeted. Follow your instincts because it's never wrong.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Learning that being good at real estate and building a real estate business are two different skills. Becoming more comfortable with networking, following up, marketing myself, and hearing no without taking it personally.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity in communication and being trustworthy. Especially in real estate with many moving parts, work with people you know and trust. Your name means a lot so always navigate with integrity.
