Her Story
About Cierra
I came from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and I was the first in my family to go to college. I've always had dreams and aspirations of making it in a big city, so I moved to Nashville in 2015. I started my background in data analytics and got an opportunity to work directly with a CEO with a parking company here in Nashville. My career took off when I was promoted to Director of Launch, becoming the first female executive for Premier Parking back in 2021. I was able to deploy technology all across the United States. What inspired me was the first glimpse of being able to enable technology in an industry and in a city where technology wasn't all the way adopted, especially in the parking industry. Nashville was like a small country town previously, and technology truly advanced the city. Right now, I am working on bridging the gap between technology and real estate. Real estate is also a very traditional industry, and I'm finding ways to bring generative AI into an industry such as real estate, where it comes to my design business as well as in real estate. I started off as an investor, flipping properties here in Nashville, wholesaling, and designing homes. My partner's actually a developer here in Nashville, and I started designing his homes for him. It became a passion, and I started automating certain processes and building generative AI bots into the systems and processes. It just made sense to blend my talents from technology into real estate and truly create something innovative.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say a major challenge that I'm facing right now within the real estate market is currently the economic times that we're facing. How can we create a competitive edge in a market such as what we're having today? And how do you face that with ambiguity and tenacity in a current market where we're having gas prices up and a lot of economic uncertainty? I would consider that to be the biggest challenge - how do we have a competitive advantage and edge in today's time?
