I attribute my success to resilience and a willingness to keep learning. Over the years, I’ve worked in fast-paced, complex industries, and staying adaptable while continuously building new skills has allowed me to thrive and add value in every role.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always stay adaptable and keep learning. Industries, projects, and priorities can change quickly, but if you remain flexible and committed to growth, you’ll always find ways to add value and move forward. Also, my mentor who believed in me and encouraged me to challenge myself with confidence, saying, "You got this".
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to have confidence in your voice and your value. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, seek mentors, and step into opportunities that might feel outside your comfort zone. Building strong relationships, staying curious, and trusting your capabilities will open doors and set you apart.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I see is keeping projects moving forward when so many factors are outside of our control. But I also see that as an opportunity: it pushes us to be more resourceful, collaborative, and proactive in how we manage relationships and solve problems.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, accountability, and collaboration are the values I prioritize most. In my work, that means being reliable, transparent, and supportive to colleagues. In my personal life, it’s about honesty, respect, and building strong relationships and values that guide the way I approach every challenge and opportunity
