About Cindie
Cindie Pacheco is an Operations Manager at a CDC, a role she joined in March, where she manages day-to-day operations for a three-person team and rebuilds systems to ensure continuity. She is also self-employed as a business designer, drawing from more than a decade in auto insurance, including five years at Progressive on the commercial side, to assist people undergoing job changes or considering starting a business. Pacheco conducts workshops and is developing a planning and goal system, informed by her parents' experience opening a restaurant and her participation in a CDC leadership program that deepened her commitment to community development and bridging resource gaps in Cleveland.
