What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to answering a calling with courage and dedication. After a pivotal personal shift in 2009, I channeled my resilience into earning a Master’s degree and began my journey as a licensed clinical social worker. With over sixteen years of experience in mission-driven work—my passion to help others started by volunteering in domestic violence shelters, working with inner city youth, and recovery communities. From that, I developed a deep sense of empathy that informs every aspect of my practice. Today, I integrate my roles as a therapist, integrative life coach, spiritual director, and professional artist into a private practice I launched in 2025. Over the past 16 years, I have guided over a thousand clients through my practice and offer a transformative 12-week process, drawing on both professional expertise and personal experience. Having navigated my own healing, I understand the challenges my clients face and approach each journey with compassion and insight. With my first book in progress and a debut album released last year, I am energized by the opportunity to expand my impact. I look forward to continuing to foster healing, creativity, and spiritual transformation on an even larger scale.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are empathy, integrity, and growth. I am committed to creating spaces where healing, creativity, and authentic connection can flourish. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy and balance as a professional artist, and I love staying active through dancing and pickleball. These passions not only nourish me personally but also inspire the energy and creativity I bring to my work.
