What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep curiosity about people and places. Traveling has expanded my perspective, while building my penpal company taught me the value of meaningful connection. As a leadership coach, these experiences continue to shape how I help others grow with purpose and authenticity.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are clear communication, integrity, and continuous growth. Earning my bachelor’s degree in communications from Buena Vista University laid a strong foundation for these principles. As I pursued my master’s degree, I deepened my commitment to lifelong learning and leadership, which guides how I approach every challenge and opportunity.
